Body, mind and spirit

Like our phones or devices, we need to recharge our batteries too. This way we have the energy we need to achieve amazing things and our hearts are happy.

Connecting with yourself, stopping and listening to what your heart needs is so important. It’s good to make time to do this regularly.

Everyone has a different approach and comfort zone. But everyone in all cultures does it, no matter where we’re from.

You might bliss out and connect to your body, mind and spirit by:

  • Listening to your favourite music
  • Spending time in nature
  • Practicing mindfulness
  • Creating art
  • Reading a book or favourite magazine
  • Meditating
  • Playing sport
  • Writing – be it a journal, stories, a blog
  • Cooking up a storm
  • Praying
  • Taking a big long bath
  • Spending time with your pets
  • Watching a great movie
  • Colouring in
  • Stretching your body
  • Hanging out with people who are into the same things as you
