Ride or walk
If driving or public transport isn’t your thing and you would rather get outdoors, then riding a bike or walking is a great way to get some exercise and it’s the kindest way for the environment. Moonee Valley has a great range of peaceful and scenic bike paths off the road, and also some bike routes on the roads.
If you don’t own a bike you can pay a small fee to use a Melbourne Bike Share bike at any bike share docking station around Melbourne CBD. If you are studying, it’s a really good idea to get some exercise so you can to keep your brain going, and a bike ride or a walk can help! Or perhaps you just want to get to a friend’s house, go to the park or do some shopping.
