We're inviting young people to a free music and arts event run by the Valley Youth FReeZA crew!

To celebrate the relaunch of our youth space in Niddrie, the day will include performances from solo musicians, bands and spoken word poets, offer badge and zine making workshops and an art exhibition showcasing works by young people who live, study, work or hang out in Moonee Valley.

The event will be MC’d by comedian Annie Louey and demonstrate the potential of the space which has been developed into a live events, recording and technical arts training space for young people. There will be an interactive youth consultation facilitated by the Young People’s Committee, to hear how young people would like to see the space used in the future and report this to Moonee Valley City Council.

The Valley Youth team work hard to support young people and the space will provide you with opportunities to be creative, to develop skills and grow as aspiring artists and industry people.
